Warranty terms by product line:
- Landscape & pet turf (Luxe Flow 75, Malibu Flow 65, Tropical Flow 62, Premier Pet Flow 55, Tropical Flow 50, Bermuda): 16 years, pro-rated
- Putting turf (Pro Putt 42, Premier Putt): 16 years, pro-rated
- Legacy Speed gym & cage turf: 10 years
- Speed Zone sports field turf: 10 years
What’s covered
The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use, including:
- Excessive fading from UV exposure
- Loss of tuft bind or premature fiber loss
- Backing failure caused by a manufacturing defect
What’s not covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage from improper installation, base preparation or drainage
- Burns, cuts, chemicals, vandalism, sharp objects or misuse
- Damage from heat reflected off windows or other surfaces
- Normal matting that can be corrected by brushing, and lack of maintenance
- Acts of nature, flooding or ground movement
Keeping your warranty valid
Follow the care steps your installer provides: rinse pet areas periodically, cross-brush high-traffic areas, clear leaves and debris, and keep infill at recommended levels.
Pro-rated coverage
Pro-rated means the value of a warranty remedy decreases over the warranty period based on the turf’s age. Your warranty certificate lists the exact schedule.
Making a claim
Contact the Turf Factory location that installed your turf, or our manufacturing team, with your proof of purchase, the product name and photos of the issue. We’ll review the claim and respond with next steps.
