How we manufacture

Four steps. One standard.

Every roll goes through the same production process, whether it’s headed to a backyard, a commercial property or an athletic field.

   Step 01

   Fiber selection

   We start with premium-grade polyethylene and polypropylene fibers engineered to replicate the look and feel of natural grass. Fibers are UV-stabilized to prevent fading.

   02

   Step 02

   Precision tufting

   Tufting machines stitch the fibers into a high-strength primary backing. This step sets the turf’s density, softness and overall performance.

   • High stitch rate for realistic texture
   • Custom pile heights by application
   • Reinforced backing to prevent shedding

   03

   Step 03

   Coating & reinforcement

   Tufted turf is coated with polyurethane or latex backing to lock fibers in place. Flow-series products get a fully permeable urethane backing.

   • Drainage for all-weather use
   • Durability for high-traffic areas
   • Long-term resistance to wear

   Step 04

   Quality control

   Every roll goes through a multi-point inspection before it ships to a location, dealer or job site.

   • Tensile strength testing
   • Permeability testing for drainage
   • UV and heat resistance testing
