Information we collect
When you request a quote, samples or wholesale pricing, or apply for a job, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, project type, approximate square footage and message.
With each form we also record how you reached our site (for example, ad campaign tags such as UTM parameters, fbclid or gclid, and the page you first landed on) so we know which advertising works.
We also collect basic technical information automatically, such as the pages you visit, your browser type and the website that referred you.
Location
If you choose “Use my location,” your browser asks permission before sharing your location. We use it only in your browser to find your nearest Turf Factory location. It is not sent to or stored on our servers.
How we use information
We use your information to:
- Respond to your request and schedule estimates
- Route your request to the nearest Turf Factory location or our manufacturing team
- Send quotes, order updates and service information
- Measure and improve our website and advertising
Spam protection
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam. Turnstile may process technical information about your browser and device for that purpose.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or opt out of marketing messages at any time, by contacting us.
Children
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
